Pinpointing pipe leaks under concrete slabs is something our techs have been doing for over 10 years. Be it a pool pipe or a house pipe leak under the foundation, we can pinpoint it with accuracy which will result in less damage to concrete slab during the slab leak repair process. We first pressurize the questionable pipe and if there is a pressure drop we use latest German made ultrasonic listeners to pinpoint pipe break location. What makes these devices superior is their microphone sensitivity and features that hush external noises, which enables us to more accurately pinpoint leaks on plastic and metal pipes. We can also trace out metal plumbing under the slab, so that leak detection and repair assessment can be even more accurate.
